Welcome to Month Two in our 90 day Creative Bioscience Challenge!
Starting this month, I started taking the Creative Bioscience Raspberry Kerotone Plus.

Let me refresh your memory about it: this is the stimulant free version for those who may have a sensitivity to stimulants. All the same great benefits come along with the Plus version: Raspberry Ketones help regulate the fat-moderating hormone adiponectin. In turn, adiponectin programs your body to act like it's thin. Our Raspberry Ketone supplements are designed not only to promote fat oxidation (burning), but help sugars and fats pass through your system without being absorbed and stored as they normally would. Does this mean you can feast freely on fatty foods as long as you take Raspberry Ketones for weight loss? No. There is no substitute for common sense and a regular program of healthy activity and proper nutrition.
The African Mango that I used last month was like a super duper energy boost, along with a fat burner, so I was interested to see how well the Raspberry Kerotone would work instead. So far it hasn't been as much of an energy boost like the African Mango, BUT it seems to be BURNING fat just as well. Honestly with Mardi Gras and Valentine's Day, it has been hard to stay away from sweets.
YET, I've continued to loose weight, and am wearing shirts from 5 and 6 years ago.
Let me repeat that- 5 and 6 YEARS ago. Yes, I kept the clothes, because a) I bought quality classics that last and b) I knew eventually I'd get back into them (I was realistic and got rid of the size 10-12 stuff years ago, as it was too dated, and I'm not even trying to loose that much weight right now-seriously 12/14 would make me extremely happy-and is much more realistic). It is such a shock to me to put on tshirts that 6 months ago were still snug on the hips and have them LOOSE on my hips, and to be so loose on the top, that they look like I'm wearing a man's oversize shirt. So I am not as much concentrated on the scale, as I am on clothing that I can actually get into!
The immediate goal right now is to get into uniform pants from 8 years ago. Another 5 pounds and I should be in them. Another 10 and it will be comfortably inside them! I'd like to say that I could get back into the shirts, but the bust size isn't moving down THAT much, and I used to wear compression bras, so I'm about to give up on getting back into those shirts, and instead figure that extra 10 pounds will get me into the size up from them (as I like my work shirts on the loose side).
So the Raspberry Kerotone really seems to be working. I have found that I seem to get dehydrated more quickly, so I am making an effort to keep plenty of water handy and drinking as much as I can during the day. There have been days when I felt like I was floating, but the other good result is drinking that much water helps you feel full and not as hungry! Hence, less eating. I've found since I started the 90 day challenge that late night cravings have gone away completely and I can control chocolate cravings much better. The weird thing is instead I am having SALT cravings. Which I'm guessing is sorta understandable, but still weird to me.
Doing the bar method dvds is helping with tone and I know that may be helping with the reduction on the hips. Having learned from past mistakes, I am working my way into more intense exercise, and varying it up, so I won't get bored and want to stop (or get injured and have to stop).
So how is YOUR challenge going?
For those of you who signed up- give us an update!
